All the courses develop practical communication skills. Students can learn and practice Italian in structured and imaginative lessons which include, grammar, vocabulary and conversation.
All our courses are recognized by the University for Foreigners of Siena. The Italian course also includes a lot of social and cultural activities.
The school social programme offers further opportunities to practice Italian while getting to know other students and teachers.
The classes are made up of a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 10 students, therefore creating a friendly and supportive environment in which the teacher can review the linguistic progress of each individual student.
Participants are divided into language classes according to their initial level of Italian and to their nationalities. All classes have a good nationality mix so students are encouraged to use Italian as their official language. Our highly trained teachers review students’ progress with a weekly test and homework.
Assessment test:
The first day of the course at 8.30 a.m. students who are non-beginners do a written and oral entry test to assess their ability and to decide which study group they will be placed in.
Certificates
At the end of each course, students receive a certificate showing the length of the course and the language level achieved. At the end of the sixth level students receive a special Diploma from “Accademia Italiana”.
